What was the highlight of Forest City Golf Hotel
Good hotel with a missing vibe
I love the hotel concept of city in the forest. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The room's view was also focusing on the lush green.
The pillow's sheet has a lipstick's stain. The in room dining did not let us know in advance during our stay they did not provide with in room dine. We finished with the order and everything, and was called afterwards regarding the situation. Lots of missing convenience items such as bathroom mat, tea, or instant drink sachets are upon request. This is a little thing that shouldn't be missed by this kind of hotel since more budget hotels can provide and accommodate these items without problem.

What was the highlight of Forest City Golf Hotel
Everything is nice and the management should put more effort to maintain the room and facilities.
Everthing is nice just like other hotels that should have.
There is some improvement needs which the management of the room and facilities need to enhance. The room is clean and comfort but the balcony if sull of leaves and dust. Besides, I am not sure whether the hotel should provide or not but there is no laundry bag and the refreshment such as coffee or tea. The swimming pool also have some leaves floating on it.

It's a little disappointing
Room is big
I have always been staying in the East wing, and the past stays were great. However, this trip, i was allocated to West wing, and the bathroom looks tired.The tap in the bathroom sink is loose. There is no floor mat in the room, and there is no complimentary bottle water. We arrived late, around 9 pm. We still need to call the reception and ask for a floor mat and complimentary bottle water. Check out is strictly at 12 pm and have to pay an extra RM100 for late checkout. Should consider allowing golfer to check out 130pm..
